Jamia Nadwiyya Training College, Edavanna was established in 1995 and is affiliated with the university Malappuram,Kerala. This teacher training institution accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) provides two professional course in education. Located on a limited area of 3 acres, BAC has a total of 99 students and as many as 8 faculties in its service. Jamia Nadwiyya Training College is marking its excellence in the educational system by offering B.Ed and other D.El.Ed courses for the learners those who are interested to become a teacher.

The facilities available in the college include; Among them are; An educational library stocked with 7200 books provides the need facilities for academic study and research. The campus has smart classes which makes it easy for the students and tutors to teach and learn. For practical’s sake, the college possesses departmental laboratory. They also use the college sports facility for exercises and other needs in as much as recreation is concerned.
