Ganpat University Institute of Computer Technology (GUICT), Mehsana, offers high-quality education in computer technology through its B.Tech programs. The institute primarily considers the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) scores for admissions, with an alternative pathway for students who have appeared for the Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam for Engineering (PUEEE). 

Application Process

1. Appear for GUJCET: Register and appear for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). 

2. GUJCET Exam: Prepare and appear for the GUJCET exam. The exam typically covers Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

3. Result Declaration: Wait for the GUJCET results to be announced. The results will be published on the official GUJCET website.

4. Counselling Process: If you qualify in GUJCET, you will be eligible for the counselling process. During counselling, you can choose GUICT and your preferred B.Tech program based on your rank and seat availability.

5. Document Verification: If you are allotted a seat at GUICT, you will need to report to the institute for document verification. Documents to be submitted include:

   • GUJCET scorecard

   • 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates

   • Domicile certificate (if applicable)

   • Category certificate (if applicable)

   • Recent passport-size photographs

6. Fee Payment: After successful document verification, pay the admission fee to confirm your seat.

7. Enrollment: Once the fee is paid, you will be officially enrolled in your chosen B.Tech program at GUICT.

For candidates applying through PUEEE, a similar process is followed, where PUEEE scores are considered in place of GUJCET.

Degree-wise Admission Process

B.Tech Programs: GUICT offers four full-time B.Tech programs, each with a duration of four years. The admission process for all these programs is primarily based on GUJCET or PUEEE scores. Here are the details of each program:

1. B.Tech in Cyber Security: Intake of 60 seats. Total fee: Rs. 464,000.

2. B.Tech in Cloud Applications: Intake of 40 seats. Total fee: Rs. 464,000.

3. B.Tech in Big Data and Analytics: Intake of 40 seats. Total fee: Rs. 464,000.

4. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: Intake of 40 seats. Total fee: Rs. 464,000.

For all these programs, the selection is based on the candidate's performance in the GUJCET or PUEEE exams.
