This is an affiliated college known as Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatan Dharam College, Palampur (GGDSD College) was established in 1984 Rajpur, Kangra district Himachal Pradesh. The institution provides quality undergraduate and post graduate programmes to 1209 student population with a faculty of 7. Currently, the GGDSD College offers 7 programmes spread over 6 degrees in the field arts, commerce, computer applications & sciences.
Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatan Dharam College has been equipped with different physical facilities in order to improve the quality of events of the students. The school has a library that stocks 2066 reference/texbooks, 100 dvds/cds in all areas and the school has library software. The campus has departmental laboratories allowing lots of practical sessions by various departments for students. As part of student care, GGDSD College has a health center where students can get first aid whenever they fall sick. It also adequately builds IT structures to provide an advanced technological learning environment. In total, for the personality development, college offers sports facility, gymnasium, canteen facility etc. An auditorium is a special hall intended for holding events and seminars; an active alumni association plays a great purpose in preserving relationships with graduates and alumni.

Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatan Dharam College, Palampur (GGDSD College) is a constituent college of Himachal Pradesh in Rajpur, Kangra District, Himachal Pradesh. GGDSD College follows the admission norms governed by Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) for its various programs.
The admission process for GGDSD College is mostly merit-based and percentage based on their marks obtained from the final qualifying examination (10+2). The university provides various undergraduate programs in addition to a postgraduate diploma program (PGDCA) such as BA, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Sc. Medical, and B.Sc. Non-Medical.
Except for the most undergraduate programs including BA, B.Com, BCA, BBA which admit students based solely on merit, admissions to all undergraduate programs, including B.Sc Medical and Non-Medical, are awarded based on the merit percentage obtained in qualifying examination (10+2). Degree wise Admission Process
BA: Admission to BA courses will be merit-based. The percentage score in the qualifying exam (Plus Two) is to follow the eligibility criteria set by HPU. The college has a sanctioned intake of 120 seats in BA.
B.Com: The admission process in B.Com follows the same merit-based scheme. The selection is based on the percentage score in Plus Two, taking into account the eligibility criteria by HPU. The sanctioned intake for B.Com is 120 seats.
BCA: For the admission of Bachelor of Computer Application courses (BCA), merit is determined by the percentage score obtained in the qualifying exam (Plus Two). Admission shall be subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed by HPU. The college offers 60 seats under the BCA program.
BBA: The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course is also merit-based. The securing of percentage score in the Plus Two this is in line with the eligibility criteria by HPU. The approved intake for BBA is 60 seats.
B.Sc Medical and Non-Medical: Both programs, B.Sc Medical and B.Sc Non-Medical courses, admit students according to the merit system. The final merit list will be drawn based on the percentage score obtained in the plus two-accredited qualification examination as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by HPU.
PGDCA: The Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application admission (PGDCA) will be on merit, merit is most likely to depend on performance associated with the finished undergraduate degree.
According to me the infrastructure of the college is very good all the facilities are there like toilet separate classrooms and restrooms we can call them common rooms and the staff or also there Wi-Fi is there smart boards and their very well maintains and cleanness is also there in factors also maintent
Have all them sether in first structure facilities and equipment and the libraries also available for the students and classrooms are very good sports centres and hosting for boys and girls are also there so a good discipline is there
