Government Polytechnic, Mumbai was established in 1960. The college became an autonomous institute in 1994. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The Training and Placement Cell then fixes the dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Interested students have to register their names and share their respective resumes with the placement cell.
