48 MonthsCandidates registered for full time research shall work and conduct research on a full time basis under a recognized research supervisor. The duration of Ph.D. course for a full time research scholar is four (4) years from the date of admission.
Eligibility Criteria
A student who has passed 5 year integrated Honours Law Program on a regular basis having minimum 55% aggregate and 7.5 CGPA or equivalent grade or point scale where ever grading system is followed.
Two years Post graduate Law Program after 3 year LLB Law Program or 1 year LLM after 5 year integrated law program with at least 55% in aggregate.
Admission Details
Candidates who have qualified in the Ph.D. eligibility test shall be called for Ph.D. Admission Interview. After the Ph.D. Admission Interview the list of eligible candidates for registration for full time and part time Ph.D. program will be finalized.
