Padala Rama Reddy Law College, Hyderabad, is a gem of an institution endorsed by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in legal education. Admission to this prestigious college follows a comprehensive admission process that encompasses the selection of the best qualified competition for the several law programs it offers. Most times, the admission cycle combines with an academic year, opening its applications several months ahead of time. Students must qualify in certain entrance examinations based on the program they plan to pursue. For undergraduate programs such as LLB and BA LLB, candidates must qualify in the TS LAWCET or Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test. On the other hand, candidates must clear TS PGLCET (Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test) to be conducted by Osmania University for their postgraduate programs such as LLM.
The eligibility criteria vary with programs. Thus, in the case of LLB and integrated LLB programs, candidates must have completed the 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. The bachelor's laws hold for the LLM programs at the university. The college strictly adheres to merit-based admissions, with the consideration of performance in entrance examinations and statutory reservation policies. It must be noted that 20% of seats in certain programs can be filled by way of institutional-level admissions, thus providing an alternative entry point for the aspiring lawyer.
Application Process
Application for Padala Rama Reddy Law College shall differ according to the program:
For LLM programs:
Degree wise Admission Process
LLB: Padala Rama Reddy Law College runs a three-year LLB program with the approved intake of 240 students. Admission is on the basis of merit in TS LAWCET. Candidates are admitted purely on the merit of the entrance examination, considering the statutory reservation policies.

LLM Constitutional Law & LLM Corporate Law: Admission into both of the above postgraduate programs shall merit the candidate's qualification in the TS PGLCET conducted by Osmania University.
