10. Day of the Orientation: An orientation is organized for the admitted students to introduce them to the facilities of the college, its faculty members, and academic requirements.

Degree wise Admission Process

B. Ed (Bachelor of Education) Program:

B.Ed is the main academic program in the Jupiter College of Education. The procedure for admission to B.Ed will be as under:

1. Eligibility: Candidates must have done a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or any other branch of human knowledge under 10+2 (described by the affiliated university for eligibility) and/or any other qualification and be accepted as equivalent by the affiliated university.

2. Selection: The admission will be made based on the performance of the student in the admission test or any other examination.

3. Entrance Examination: As per the directions of the State Government, UTs (Union Territories, and the university to which the college is affiliated), the college may allow entrance test in cases where weight is attached to the examination.

4. Capacity: One hundred (100) students will be admitted into the B.Ed program in every academic year.

5. Duration: The program of B. Ed shall extend over a period of two academic years, namely 200 working days or six semesters to work effectively.

6. Affiliation and Approval: The Diploma will be awarded by the parent university and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in accordance with the national standards for teacher education.
