KIIT College of Education, in Gurgaon, is one of India's oldest and most prestigious educational institutes involved in teacher training. The college is accredited by NAAC and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. The KIIT College of Education admission procedure selects candidates deserving a seat according to merit from among aspiring teachers on the basis of policies prescribed by the state government and the university. Eligibility criteria in KIIT College of Education for both B.Ed and M.Ed programmes are based on the academic performance of applicants on their previous qualifications.
With respect to B.Ed registration, the candidate should have completed his/her graduation, whereas in the case of M.Ed, the candidate should have successfully completed his/her master's degree after graduation. Selection will be based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination, to be further supplemented with an entrance examination, depending on the rules of the government of the state and those of the universities during that particular year.

The college currently offers two courses in regular mode, that is, B.Ed. and M.Ed.
The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme at KIIT College of Education is a two-year full-time course with an authorised intake of 100 seats. Entrance into the programme is by merit based on the marks in the qualifying examination (graduation) and/or entrance examination. The KIIT College of Education admission would follow rules prescribed by the state government and the university. The total fee for B.Ed. is 100,000 rupees.
The Master of Education (M.Ed.) programme is also a two-year, full-time course offering 50 seats. For M.Ed. admissions, the candidates must have qualified for their master's degree after graduation. Mark lists from the bachelor's or master's degree will be used to pick candidates to be included in the merit list. In this way, candidates having a good academic background in either of the two programmes shall stand a fair chance for admission. The total fee for the M.Ed. programme is Rs 80,000.
