    Need improvement in placements.

    College Infrastructure

Classrooms are simple and serve their purpose but lack digital or smart learning tools. Science labs are present for experiments; however, the instruments are limited and used by many students simultaneously.

    Academics

The academic environment is average and follows a traditional pattern. Classes are conducted regularly, and the syllabus is usually completed on time. Some faculty members explain concepts clearly, while others depend mainly on textbook teaching.

    Placements

Placement opportunities for B.Sc. students are average. There is limited on-campus placement support, and most students focus on higher studies or prepare for competitive exams on their own. Career guidance and industry exposure could be strengthened for better outcomes.

    College Infrastructure

NAS College offers a peaceful and student-friendly campus suitable for postgraduate studies. The classrooms are well-ventilated and provide a comfortable learning environment. The library is one of the strong points of the college, with a decent collection of commerce-related books, journals, and reference material that support M.Com coursework.

    Academics

The M.Com syllabus is covered in a systematic manner with emphasis on conceptual understanding. Faculty members are experienced and explain topics clearly, helping students strengthen their fundamentals in accounting, finance, and management.

    Placements

Placement opportunities for M.Com students are limited, as the college focuses more on academic development than corporate recruitment. However, the institution provides guidance for higher studies, competitive exams, and self-preparation.

    College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure of NAS College is decent but could use some modernization. The classrooms are spacious and clean, but most of them lack smart facilities like projectors or digital boards. The library is well-organized and provides useful study material, though the collection of updated commerce books is limited.

    Academics

The M.Com syllabus is well-structured and covers key areas of commerce and management. Faculty members are experienced and cooperative, but the teaching approach is mostly traditional. Including more interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exposure would make the learning experience more effective.

    Placements

Placement opportunities for M.Com students are average. Only a few companies visit the campus, and most students have to look for jobs or internships on their own. The college should focus more on career counseling, skill development, and collaborations with industries to improve placement outcomes.

Not go for placement perception in this college

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

There is no free Wi-Fi on campus, and the campus is a little old-fashioned. Sports culture is okay, and there is a field where students play cricket and volleyball. Medical facilities are not there inside the campus.

    Academics

Faculty members are knowledgeable and very much supportive. They make efforts to give the concepts clearly and help students when they need. The curriculum of the course is very elementary and quite basic, which is good for weak students

    Placements

The number of companies that come for recruitment is very low and most of the time students have to find jobs by themselves after getting out of the course. The average salary package is quite low. in short there are no placement as it is a govt college.

    College Infrastructure

NAS College has a historic campus with a blend of traditional and modern facilities. The classrooms are spacious, and the library is one of the highlights, with a wide collection of commerce, management, and competitive exam-related books.

    Academics

The B.Com department has experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who focus strongly on conceptual clarity. Most teachers follow a traditional teaching style but also encourage discussions, assignments, and project work to keep students engaged

    Placements

Since NAS is primarily an academic and research-focused college, direct placements are limited compared to private institutes. However, the college provides career guidance, seminars, and alumni support. Many B.Com students from NAS go on to pursue higher studies like M.Com, MBA, CA, or competitive exams.

    College Infrastructure

NAS College has a decent infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious, the library is well-stocked with commerce-related books, and there are computer labs for practical sessions. Though some facilities could be improved, the overall environment is good for learning.

    Academics

The teachers are supportive and knowledgeable in their subjects. They explain concepts clearly and always encourage students to ask questions. Some faculty members also guide us for competitive exams like CA, CS, and banking.

    Placements

While core placements for B.Com are limited, the college helps students with internship opportunities and career guidance. Many students go on to pursue higher studies or prepare for government exams after graduation.

    College Infrastructure

The rooms are spacious but not equipped with the latest facilities such as smart boards, digital projectors, or Wi-Fi. The library is spacious and has good numbers of books, such as plenty of books in Economics, but the reading area is not very modern, rather old-fashioned.

    Academics

The teachers are highly qualified, experienced, and hold postgraduate and doctorate qualifications in the subject. They have very strong theoretical foundations and cover thoroughly the CCSU-prescribed syllabus but the teaching is bookish with hardly any emphasis on real case studies

    Placements

There is no placement in this course offered by the college. A majority of the students of this course opt for government employment, competitive exams (such as UPSC, SSC), or post-graduation courses such as MA, M.com may have some chances for placements but not for BA.

    College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure is decent for a college of this level. Basic amenities like purified drinking water and wi-fi are available. There's no hostel facilities, so students from outside have to arrange PGs or rentals nearby. The canteen is below average and the food is hit-or-miss.

    Academics

Most of them are qualified and approachable and they genuinely help students who show initiative. Semester exams are under the university and they are not easy, but if you attend classes regularly and revise well, they are manageable.

    Placements

Placement opportunities are short but gradually improving. The college organizes career guidance sessions and skill-building workshops, but placements are more frequent for undergrad streams. For postgrads, it's mostly off-campus efforts or research-based, small pharma firms and startups, but don't expect top-tier companies with big packages.

i considered it as a average college

    College Infrastructure

I did the Mcom from the same college as bcom. It has a vintage building with basic amenities like canteen, library, sports ground to eat, read, and play respectively. I considered its infra as average.

    Academics

Teachers are well qualified who teaches in a manner that it can be easily understood by the students. Do not expect much from this college. Making a good percentage is quite tough as papers are set by university.

    Placements

They do not provide placement. Also, there is a scope if anyone go higher studies like professional degree like MBA in finance or either do any course or certification to become a finance analyst or investment banker.
