Good value, peaceful campus, tough jobs.

    College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at my college is alright, it's a mix of good and old stuff. The buildings look historic, so they feel a bit dated, but they're functional. Our classrooms have modern facilities like smart boards and projectors. The library is awesome, lots of books and a peaceful place to study. The WiFi speed is decent in some spots, Overall, the facilities are pretty satisfactory for the fees we pay, and you can study here comfortably.

    Academics

Studies here are a mixed bag. You have to rely on yourself a lot. Some teachers are great and helpful, but not all classes happen. Attendance isn't a big deal, which is good if you're studying for competitive exams. Syllabus is fine, and the library is a good spot.

    Placements

The job situation here is pretty bad, honestly. For people in my course, there are basically no companies that come to hire us. The placement cell doesn't do much for non-tech students. My friends and I are all focused on studying for government jobs or doing our masters because of this. You definitely have to sort out your own career after college.

    Value for Money

I think it is worth the money. The fees are super cheap compared to private places. The degree is a good deal, even with the average job situation. It's a good investment if you plan to study more or take competitive exams.

    Campus Life

Campus life is pretty chill. It's a nice, green place, good for focusing or just hanging out with friends. We have some small events and sports sometimes, but nothing huge like big parties or fests. It’s pretty peaceful and simple here.

    Others

Finally, I would like to add that while this college has its shortcomings, like zero placements for arts students, the overall atmosphere is quite good for self-development. The fees are extremely affordable, so it offers great value for money. If you are focused on competitive exams or simply want a quiet place to get your degree and study, it is a perfect fit. My experience has been decent overall.

Good value, peaceful campus, avg placements.

    College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at Agra College is quite a mix. Most of the necessary facilities are here, like the labs and library, which are well-maintained. We even have smartboards and good equipment in our classrooms. Some buildings are old, yes, but they get the job done and have that historic look. Overall, it's functional.

    Academics

When it comes to academics, it's okay. The syllabus is fine. Some teachers are really dedicated and helpful, giving us good knowledge. But honestly, it's not consistent. You have to be proactive and study on your own a lot because not all faculty members put in the same effort. The labs are good though, so practical learning is decent.

    Placements

In my experience, placements are okay but not great. Some decent IT companies come for campus drives, but not all students get placed. The cell provides some help, but most of us rely on our own efforts or prepare for government jobs. You can't depend entirely on college placements.

    Value for Money

I think it is generally value for money. The fees are very affordable compared to private colleges, especially for the courses offered. While placements are average, the quality of education and the historic recognition you get is worth the investment for many students who want to focus on competitive exams or higher studies.

    Campus Life

Campus life here is pretty quiet. It's a green space, good for studying or just hanging out with friends. We do have some sports and small cultural events sometimes, but it’s definitely not a place for constant parties or big fests. It's peaceful and simple, which is what I needed.

    Others

Overall, my experience here has been good. The college fees are very low, so it is definitely value for money. If someone wants to study peacefully and prepare for government jobs or competitive exams, this place is perfect. There are some minor issues, but they are manageable.

Not good for students who thinks for corporate placements

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

The mathematics department shares labs with other subjects, and there is no dedicated mathematics lab. The library is quiet and helpful for exam preparation, although it could benefit from more updated books.

    Academics

Teachers are qualified and helpful. They explain concepts clearly and provide support when students have questions. The course curriculum is standard and beneficial for students aiming for higher studies such as M.Sc or B.Ed.

    Placements

Our college does not provide placements for B.Sc Mathematics students. Companies do not recruit for core science positions. Most students prepare for government exams, pursue M.Sc Mathematics, or seek opportunities on their own.

    College Infrastructure

Agra college offers a solid and heritage- rich infrastructure for students, with well- equipped academic buildings, a robust library, good sports and residential facilities, and supportive amenities like medical and banking. while transport core strengths are clear, some students feel improvements are needed in wi-fi coverage, lab access, and renovation of older infrastructure.

This is a value for money for students no matter what degree the choose.

    Bad experience

    College Infrastructure

Worst infrastructure and the buildings are not appropriate they seem very old and un authentic there are wholes in it and it feels like you are studying somewhere where you are not studying but a govt office old building

    Academics

Worst academic and these are cources which are outdated and unauthentic in nature whereas they don't teach appropriate way and they showcase the false talent where they are incapable of performing and less goal oriented

    Placements

Worst placement you don't get any opportunity from the college itself you have to make some third party sourcing for getting yourself placed as it is not the work of the college what they feels and they don't provide you the assistance

    College Infrastructure

Law department has its own classrooms, library, and moot court (mock court). Library has many books but not very modern. wi-fi is there but not strong everywhere. Hostels available for boys and girls, but not all rooms have good facilities. Sports ground for cricket, football, and indoor workshops.

    Academics

The BALLB course is affiliated with DR. B.R. Ambedkar University, and the syllabus follows the standard law curriculum including subjects like Indian constitution, IPC, Contract Law, and more. Attendance rules are not very strict, but regularity helps in understanding concepts better. Internal exams and university exams happen on time. If you are self-motivated, you can score well.

    Placements

We don't have any internship opportunity. it's up to you and your capability or sources. if you want hands on help with placements or internship, or legal firm exposure, Agra college may not offer much structured support.

    Value for Money
