      One of the comprehensive full-time courses in vogue National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Special Education. This programme aims to train teachers specifically intended for students affected by visual impairment. Like other disciplines of study, eligibility and merit shall form the basis of admission into the B.Ed Special Education course. Such merit is based on the aggregate obtainable in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities admission may involve any other method prescribed by the state government, union territory administration, or the affiliated university. This course has an approved intake of 30 per annum.

      National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities D.Ed Admission Process

      D.Ed in Special Education is the second course that National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities offers.
