Netaji Subhash College, Belbhata, offers a wide variety of courses in education, physical education, computer applications, and yoga philosophy. The admission procedure at Netaji Subhash College aims at selecting eligible candidates for its varied programs.
The college adopts different procedures for admission of various courses to select the most suited candidates for each program. Almost for all the courses, admission is done based on merit positioning on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. B.P.Ed: The Bachelor of Physical Education program has a seating capacity of 100. Selection will be based on the performance in the written test and interview as well as fitness test and marks in the qualifying examination.
PGDCA: Admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications of 60 seats is expected to be made on merit.
DCA: Admission to Diploma in Computer Applications of 60 seats is expected on merit.
B.P.E: Bachelor in Physical Education will have 40 seats. Admission could be based upon academic merit and physical fitness assessment.
PGD in Yoga and Philosophy: The PG Diploma has 45 seats. Admission is probably based upon background in academics.
BCA: Bachelor of Computer Applications has 30 seats. Admission is likely based on merit.
For pursuing BCA, the college provides a decent syllabus. All the important topics are covered in the curriculum, however there is a scope for little upgradation in the syllabus and some additional topics should be included in it.
Academics of the college is good for doing BCA. It covers all the required topics for doing BCA. However some upgradation is needed up to some extent in academics. Teacher help to cover topics other than syllabus also.
