Satyam College of Nursing, Kangra was started in the year 2014 to provide professional nursing education in the beautiful intervened district of Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. Situated in 3 acre campus this co-educational institute is an affiliated college recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The college has the total student intake of 164 and having faculty of 21 Satyam College of Nursing has been constantly aiming to deliver the best nursing programs that will build the future of healthcare professionals in India. Presently, the college offers four specialty classes for preparing skilled nurses in different aspects of nursing education; two of which are degree courses.
The institute has equipped itself with a number of general and specialized facilities to enhance its education programs. The college also has 15 seats in a Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course for students who are already registered nurses who wish to advance their studies. Apart from this, institute offer Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) with a total of 20 seats in each. Altogether the college can admit ninety five students every year on different programs offered by the college.
