Understand the complex legal framework applicable to commercial arbitration.

Establish the relationship between international sources of law and domestic law in matters of commercial arbitration agreements, procedure and awards.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in LLB or 5 Year Integrated Law course with 50% or more marks in aggregate. Preference shall be given to the law graduates with experience of 3 years or more
