Swami Sahajanand College of Commerce and Management, Bhavnagar, and is counted as one of the accredited institutions of NAAC in Gujarat, India. The college provides a wide array of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in commerce, management, and associated streams. The admission procedure is conducted separately in terms of different programs, as the requisites and intake capacities vary. For undergraduate programs, a graduate degree in any of the streams of Arts or Commerce from a recognized board is a sine qua non. Among the various UG courses offered are B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BBA, BCA, and BA.

6. After the submission procedure is completed, the college shall proceed to scan through the applications, and a merit list is drawn based on the eligibility criteria for each program.
7. Shortlisted applicants will be called for counseling or document certification depending on the program and the availability of seats.
8. Once selected for admission, the selected candidates are supposed to pay the required cost and follow formalities within the stipulated time.
9. Participate in the orientation program and continue with regular classes as per the schedule of the college.
Degree wise Admission Process
B.Com & B.Com (Hons): B.Com and B.Com (Hons)'s 240 seats each are filled up regular courses, depending on the merit lists generated on the basis of the 12th standard marks. Students holding 10+2 examination passes who have read Commerce or Art streams are therefore eligible to apply for the respective purposes.
BBA: The aim of the program is also to give general management strategies, with 240 seats, apparently, available in the program. Admission is solely dependent on the 12th pass mark of these students.
BCA: This course is intended for students who have an interest in Computer Application because students who want to make computers their hobby as a further study have 120 seats available. Admission is based on the merit system, and students who clear the Mathematics stream from their higher secondary examination are given preference.
BA: For this course, 120 seats are provided either in English or Gujarati medium. Admission to the course is based on the marks obtained in the 12th standard in relevant subjects.
M.Com: This is a 60-seat program available to graduates of Commerce and other related subjects. For admission, the performance of the qualifying examination is considered utmost.
MHRD: Another 60-seat Master of Human Resource Development program. Admission criteria for the program are based on the marks from the bachelor's degree and, if necessary, include an entrance test or interview.
The college offers strong academic programs with experienced faculty members. The curriculum is up-to-date, fostering critical thinking and practical skills. There are ample opportunities for research, projects, and hands-on learning, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience.
The academics of the college is average like not so high level. The quality of teaching is good. The curriculum of the college need some upgrade in their academic and extra curricular activities otherwise the college is good.
