Udyog College of Education, Bankura Admission Process

Udyog College of Education, Bankura, has now established itself as a popular teacher training college in the state of West Bengal, India. The entire admission process at Udyog College of Education is framed to pick deserving candidates for their teacher education programs. The admission to college is, however, granted strictly on the basis of merit and in line with the procedures framed by the state government and affiliated University. The B.Ed. admission process is therefore basis on the percentage of marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or performance in the entrance examination. Admission Process Degree Wise

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education): At Udyog College of Education, the B.Ed. program is a two-year full-time course with an intake of 100 students. Admissions for the B.Ed. program are based on merit in relation to marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination. The prospective candidates must have possessed a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university to be eligible for the B.Ed. program.

D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed. program is also a two-year full-time course with an intake of 100 students. Admission to the D.El.Ed. program is merit-based, based on the candidates' performance in the qualifying examination (10+2) and/or an entrance test. The admission procedure follows the guidelines given by the state government and relevant educational authorities. The minimum eligibility for admission to the D.El.Ed. program is the completion of higher secondary education (10+2) from a recognized board.
