    UKF College of Engineering and Technology (UKFCET) was built in 2009 in Kollam, Kerala. This affiliated college, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), provides a vast range of engineering courses. Located in a 10-acre campus, UKFCET has a total student strength of 1,201 its faculty strength is equal to 118. The college offers 12 courses in three levels of degree programmes with concentrations in engineering. The policy on quality education with adequate infrastructure makes UKFCET one of the most preferred institutions for students who want to become engineers.     The college boasts of providing all-around facilities for improving the quality of learning of the students. UKF College of Engineering and Technology hosts a separate hostel for boys and girls, comfortable and homely, under the supervision of resident wardens. For health and wellness, there is a sick room available on the campus for attending to all the students and staff members on working days. UKFCET possesses a multi-gym for both day scholars and hostellers. The college library also resembles a centre of knowledge where the students can get more than 16,000 books of different faculties and more than 2500 national and international journals. Students are served by digital resources of the library with online editions of journals of distinguished publishers, and a distinct digital library. 

    UKFCET has a total of 12 courses with B.Tech, M.Tech, and Diploma. The B.Tech programmes include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering  & Information Technology. In the postgraduate level, the college provides M.Tech in Environmental Engineering Management, and Power Systems. Moreover, the college offers diploma programmes in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy and Robotics Process Automation. The overall set intake, which has been approved for all cocoursesis 648 students. This shows that the college has the potential to shape a large number of engineering hopefuls every year.
