Here I am Guessing that you are asking about placement UBDT college of engineering so the placement here is very less , the number of companies visit here for placement are very less. but some of the good academic student get placed in some of the very companie like TCS, Mahindra and other .

yeah you can easily get the seat but you must wait for further rounds as getting in 1st round is quite doubtfull while my personal suggestion is the college is that good in terms of education and facilities and even the placements as well.
but i can tell you with this rank you can get UBDT davangere
