Xavier School of Sustainability, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar far from the main city Bhubaneswar. But its campus is very nice and it has made sure all the important necessities are fulfilled. It has an exclusive green building which is made of hollow brick and glasses which increase natural light in. Different leadership talks, business conclave, and summits are organized to increase interaction with a different lead and important corporate people. Live projects, Summer Internship, Short Projects and many more activities to enhance corporate exposure. Here the college ambiance is so good it increases student participation and enhances competition. Student involvement in different activities and committee work also helps in getting a first-hand experience of managerial work. It also organizes different events during the festival and cultural functions which make college life enjoyable and memorable.Since now I am in 1st year so I am just being exposed to different live projects.But the college is well known for its placement facilities. The hostels are really clean, hygienic and well maintained. They are provided with all the basic facilities like the water filter, water geysers, WiFi, LAN connection and spacious rooms with cupboard, bed and study table. Faculties of my college are professionally skilled, really friendly and supportive of students. They encourage the students to participate and motivate them. I would summarize the student crowd as diversified, enthusiastic and competitive. It is very affordable in comparison to other B-school with the facilities, standard of education and participation they are providing.

Xavier School of Sustainability as the name suggests focuses on the holistic development of students in a sustainable way. The infrastructure is such that the use of natural resources is more than man-made resources. The school promotes Green Buildings. Which is why it is ensured that the construction is such that we can utilise the natural light to the maximum. Summit and Conclaves, and Competitions like" Wipro Earthian " are held every year to enhance the visibility in the corporate arena. The presence of a very helpful and co-operative faculty has made the course interesting and enjoyable. The college crowd is very lively which makes it a home away from home. Companies like Wipro, Tata Sustainability group, and many more companies have hired students for SIP. Hostels buildings are Green buildings which make it conducive for a sustainable living. Water purifiers are installed on every floor to ensure the availability of clean water. Geysers are also provided in the bathrooms for the comfort of the students. The presence of the Gymnasium is also an add-on. All the faculties are exceptionally talented.
