If the companies want, they can do a pre-placement talk with the students to make them aware of the company policies, rules, and regulations.
Based on the resumes of the candidates, they will be selected for the aptitude and reasoning test. Further, the students have to appear for the group discussion round, which could be on any topic. Students have to put their opinion on the given topic.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the aptitude and reasoning test, and they will have to appear for a personal interview round for the final selection.
Based on the students' calibre, they will be given an offer letter by the companies.
Note: The IMA placement cell plays an important role in the recruitment process on campus. The students are hired based on their skills by the companies.
