Indian Institute of Information Technology Lucknow started its first batch in the year, 2015, with an intake of 50 students. The classrooms and libraries are very big and equipped with up to date technology. Infrastructure is good. Girls hostel is good but the boys hostel could be better. overall very big campus full of greenery.

College is yet to build a seperate Boys hostel and the current infrastructure is conjested. Girl's hostel is decent with about 3 seater rooms allocated for everyone. First year students are temporarily allocated with hostel off campus which is about 2-3 kms from the college

The institute provides good-maintained infrastructure, and high-speed Wi-Fi facility is available on the entire campus. Smart classes, air-conditioned lecture theaters, and equipped labs are included in the infrastructure. The library is air-conditioned and consists of a huge stock of business and tech books and access to research journals. The hostel facilities are fine, and accommodation is done on a twin-sharing basis.

I had entered NIT Hamirpur as my 2nd choice and IIIT L as my third choice. I have got NITH in first round of ccmn, and I checked the Closing rank for IIITL, I was eligible for that as well. i want to go for IIIT L, so will I be able to get IIIT L in the second list or should I pay NITH fees for now.
