Hostels are not properly built nd there isn't much to do in clg no sports infra no mess during vacations administration is pretty lazy nd even the semester results are given after the next semester like after 5 to 6 months after the end sem exam
Teaching is good nd the course is easy to understand nd industry friendly. Easy to score cgpa nd don't need to pay much attention to acads nd can focus on ur skill development nd other interests or hobbies
Placement is good nd like students get many opportunities to apply in and get placed for fte or intern nd many hackathons are organised so u can participate in them nd the avg placement package is 33 of this year also
Infra is decent overall. Hostel rooms and mess food are okay, nothing fancy but liveable. Classrooms and labs are well equipped, no real issues there. Wifi and library are usable, get the job done when you need them. Nothing stands out as exceptional but nothing major to complain about either, overall a fine campus to be in.
Faculty here are excellent, really know their stuff and are approachable if you have doubts. The course itself is relatively new so it's still evolving, but the content is relevant and well thought out. Exams can be tricky though, not the kind you can clear by just mugging up, they actually test understanding. Overall a solid academic experience.
Btech placements are excellent, companies regularly visit and the track record is solid. For our program (M.Sc. Economics and Management), since we're among the newer batches, placement support is still developing and we mostly have to reach out ourselves for opportunities. Hoping this improves as the program matures and gets more recognition.
Total fees for 2 years, including hostel, mess, and academics, comes to around 4 lakhs. Might seem a bit on the higher side at first, but honestly worth it considering the exposure, domains covered, and overall learning experience you get. Good value if you make the most of what's offered.
Campus life is fairly low-key, not much in terms of fests and the clubs are limited too. Campus itself is on the smaller side, so don't expect a huge sprawling vibe. That said, it's manageable and you can still find your own ways to socialize and unwind, just don't go in expecting a happening college life.
I got nice people here!!!
Nothing much in there as infrastructure, just a admin building and classrooms with mess. Just a gym, a table tennis room and a badminton court is there. There's not even a auditorium or common room for hangout.
Academically it is good with good faculty Curriculum is good and it is worth the penny. Classes and everything is fine especially most faculties are sincere, and it makes us job ready if we work really hard for skills.
Just we can get the brand name of IIITL, rest you'll have only to work for placement. placement teams are pushing it too forward along with our support but can't expect much as we are the initial batch and it will take time for recognition last over batch was placed with 45 lpa as highest and 11.58 as average and 85% got placed.
it is best in roi, as per mba is so costly everywhere.
campus Life would be good if you get the best company, nothing much there to explore in campus but vibe is good
Don't get here for MBA if your expectations is too high, you'll get good environment here and Will get placed eventually if you do really work hard on your skills.
The college has all the basic infrastructures. Like the classrooms are well equipes with smart boards, wifi networks, air conditioning, extension boards, etc.. MBA students don't have laboratories in the college and libraries are also well equiped with all the necessities but not open 24/7. And for the sports, the college provides good facilities, there are indoor sports like table-tennis, carrom, badminton and outdoor sports like, volleyball, football, cricket, etc.. About the hostels, there are not enough rooms available for the students and also not equiped with air-conditioning and good wi-fi connections. But the sanitation and hygiene are very good.
I'm studying MBA in Digital Business to get better placements in the corporate and to stay updated with the world. The teaching quality is very good but a bit ignorant towards the students. Besides, the curriculum needs some more updates to prepare the students for the corporate.
For MBA, there are near to none on-campus placements which we didn't know earlier as the brochure doesn't distinguish between on-campus and off-campus data. Also the most of the internships we're getting as a MBA students are sales only. The highest package was 48 LPA and average is 8-9 LPA but all these are off-campus only so can't say anything about the placement process.
The cost structure of college is pretty nice and low. I like that a prestigious college like IIIT have such low fees for MBA. It's very less compared to IIM's and also the hostel charge and mess charge is very decent. It's only 3 lakhs for 2-year course.
Campus life is pretty nice as it's open 24/7 and also the students have freedom to walk around the campus at any time. The campus have gym, Amul outlet, Nestle outlet which is very much acts as a compliment to the campus life. We can engage in sports activities in the ground and can also stay in classes with permission to study. The staffs are very supporting with providing these facilities to the students. The location is very good and everything is accessible to the college.
Yes, I would like to ask our college authorities to change the course structure of MBA and make the last semester internship oriented. Also if possible we would like to make some our the courses optional so that we don't have to waste our time on the courses that doesn't align to our niche. And the campus life is great but disciplinary committee needs to be more strict with the stuff going inside the campus.
The classrooms and libraries are very big and equipped with up to date technology. Infrastructure is good. Girls hostel is good but the boys hostel could be better. overall very big campus full of greenery.
The college has very good academic curriculum. The Professors I am learning from are highly qualified industry experts. The academics give importance to AI because of the sudden growth in AI related job roles. They make you learn all the relevant skill to be ready for the job market.
The college has very good placement opportunities for Btech and Mtech students. Mba being the newly added course it is does not have too much exposure. That is the reason MBA does not have as extraordinarily good placements as other desciplines.
College is yet to build a seperate Boys hostel and the current infrastructure is conjested. Girl's hostel is decent with about 3 seater rooms allocated for everyone. First year students are temporarily allocated with hostel off campus which is about 2-3 kms from the college
Curriculum is quite good and stress-free as there is not much pressure . The time table is chill . Faculties are well qualified and linient . Students get enough time to develop skills and explore the fields they are interested in
Placements are outstanding with placements both on and off campus. Nearly 100% students get placed every year with an average nearing 30 lpa. The median package is also good with about 25 lpa . Many renowned including Google,DE Shaw, etc visit oncampus
College offers excellent value for money wrt to placements offered
Campus Life is decent .
College offers excellent value for money. Absolutely recommend it .
The institute provides good-maintained infrastructure, and high-speed Wi-Fi facility is available on the entire campus. Smart classes, air-conditioned lecture theaters, and equipped labs are included in the infrastructure. The library is air-conditioned and consists of a huge stock of business and tech books and access to research journals. The hostel facilities are fine, and accommodation is done on a twin-sharing basis.
The IIIT Lucknow faculty is also well qualified, with most of the professors having PhDs from premier institutions and extensive industry or research backgrounds. They are friendly, accessible, and promote student engagement in live case studies, hackathons, and actual projects. The curriculum is continuously revised to keep pace with industry requirements, with emphasis on areas like data analytics, product management, and entrepreneurship.
Placement is extremely good for MBA students at IIIT Lucknow, particularly in areas like analytics, product management, consulting, and marketing. More than 90% of students are placed, with the maximum package going beyond 24 LPA, and the average being between 10–12 LPA. Organizations like Zinnov, Fractal Analytics, EXL, Paytm, KPMG, and Deloitte are some of the leading recruiters.
College is newly made so not much development is done but a decent campus we can say not too far from city.Placed in 60 acres everything is limited but wifi and food is unlimited. Mess and hostel fees is very reasonable.
Facilities are good and are well experienced. They also give exposure in given subjects with the help of present technologies available.nice bunch of curriculum along with the generic elective course for enhancing our knowledge.
Placement detail is not yet generated due to being 1st batch but in other batches which are relatively old they are performing better than us and we are also expecting the same as the placement cell is there for separate courses which gives the opportunity to get placed.
Beautiful infrastructure, Hostels need some work, Hostels are like barracks not rooms. You will get your personal almira with lock, fun to live but uncomfortable at times. First year students are given third party hostels and its a real survival.
Great Faculty, and supportive teacher, One may never want to miss classes. Lot of programs and projects that gives you opportunity to explore the dimensions of Management in the same institution as well as other colleges
Well, it's the first batch so can't say much about placement. Engineering students get good placement from there, but MBA placements are dicey, keep appearing for interviews and one may get it. Good luck.
It is around 1.9 lakhs including everything per year.
Lot of societies, and very active as well, cultural events take place all year round. Well, it's an engineering institution, notorious for ragging culture. Good morning wishes to seniors, seniors can call you anytime, seniors can ask you to do anything, I was asked to clean the mats in gym. Placement cell of IIITL rules there, like any other engineering institution. You can survive but need to keep your head down everytime.
The college has all the facilities that are required by aperson to survive. We have around 150 seater classroom, we have computer labs with capacity of about 200 students. The library is also well equipped with good books and AC. Library and laboratories are good place to study. The mess of the college is above average and food is hygenic
The course structure of the college is very good and i must say it is one of the best in the country. The wide range of courses that are taught in college are rarel seen in any other college. Let me name a few cources: Generative AI, Machine learning, AI,Deep Learning, Competetive programing, Data structures and algorithms, DBMS, OOPS, OS, and many more. These cources are taught is so detail and generally these are asked in job interviews.
The placement quality of the college is very good.Top MNCs like Google,Microsoft,Nvidia,Amazon,Intuit,Walmart,Flipkart,Rubrik, recruit our college students. In the year 2024 around 91% students were placed. Max salary:62 lacs Average salary: around 30lacs Median salary: 26 lacs
The coding culture of this college is really good. There are very good competetive programmers in the college. We have more that 50 specialist and 15+ experts in 3rd year.(out of just 220 students) Expert means you are among the top 1500-2000 coders of the country.
Hello, Hum apki baat samajh rahe hain. Iske liye iiit lucknow ke helpdesk se hi sampark karein wahin se satik jankari prapt hogi.
To secure a rank under 3000 in the OBC category for CS&AI at IIIT Lucknow , you should aim for a percentile around 95-97 in the JEE Mains exam; this range is generally considered necessary to achieve a rank within the top 3000 OBC candidates.
Exact cutoffs
When filling choices make sure you set your priorities staright because once the choices are locked there is no going back.
Even in subsequent rounds, your alloted institute will move only up your preference list and in NO case shall it move downwards.so it is unlikely you get iiit Lucknow
