Our college infrastructure is top level. We have a huge central library and well-equipped labs for science & engineering departments. It has facilities for various sports. It also has a big auditorium and seminar halls.
The infrastructure of the Statistics department of Manipur University has the necessary equipments and facilities except library of the Department.The washroom and the classrooms are well clean and in hygienic condition.
Manipur University is one of the Central University hence there is not a single question about its infrastructure. It has a wide area of 300 acres. More than 10 hostels for each Men's and women's.A huge library and playgrounds for all type of games and sports. Classrooms are well efficient and smart. Wifi available throughout the campus. Everything is hygienic and clean.
For admission to the B.A. in Hindustani Music program, candidates must have cleared 10+2 or SSCE from a recognized Board in any stream or equivalent examination, along with Music as a subject of study.
The B.A. in Dance program at Manipur University requires candidates to have completed 10+2 examinations and a minimum three-year Foundation/Certificate Course from an accredited institution funded/sponsored by the State or Central Government. Additionally, candidates must have a basic understanding of dance, sangritana, or martial arts (thang-ta).
For admission to the B.Ed. program, candidates should have 50% marks either in a Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities, or a Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other equivalent qualification.
To be eligible for the L.L.M. program, candidates should have 45% marks in aggregate for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories, or a 3-year Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree after graduating under the 10+2+3+3 pattern, or a 5-year LL.B. degree under the 10+2+5 pattern, as approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
For M.A. programs at Manipur University, candidates need a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks. Alternatively, they should have 45% in the subject's major or honours during the bachelor's degree examination, or 40% in each subject individually and 40% overall.
For the M.A. English & Cultural Studies program, applicants should have 45% marks in the bachelor's degree examination in the relevant subject with honours or major. Candidates without Honours or a Major must receive 45% on the Bachelor's Degree Examination in both the overall score and the relevant topic. Additionally, candidates should have completed at least six (6) elective English papers.
For the M.P.E.S. program, candidates must have completed a B.P.Ed. (4-year integrated program), B.P.Ed. (1- or 2-year program), B.P.E. (3-year program), B.Sc. (Physical Education) or B.P.E.S. (3-year program) with at least 50% overall for general/OBC candidates and 45% for SC/ST candidates.
For the M.Sc. Biochemistry program, candidates must have completed a B.Sc. or equivalent examinations in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biomedical sciences/Botany/Zoology/Microbiology with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
For the M.Sc. Yoga Science program, candidates must have passed with at least 50% marks for Gen/OBC and 45% for ST/SC category in BPEd-4-year integrated/BPE/MPEd/MPE/PGDY/BNSY/any equivalent degree.
For the M.Lib.I.Sc. program, candidates need to be a graduate in any field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% for General and OBC applicants, and 45% marks for PWD/SC/ST candidates.
