The pre-clinical labs, phantom head labs, and OPD units have the right tools. However, there are issues like a lack of senior lab assistants, which affects smooth practice sessions. The library needs more specialized dental books, journals, and updated research publications. The canteen is not great; food quality is below average, and hygiene could be better.
The faculty is helpful and knowledgeable, but many are still gaining clinical teaching experience. The teaching quality is average to above average depending on the subject. Some professors explain very well, while others struggle with clinical demonstrations.
Placements for BDS students are below average here. There is mainly an opportunity for students who want to pursue MDS or work in private clinics, but direct campus placements for dental roles are very rare. Only about 10 to 15% of students get placed through college contacts, and that is mostly in small dental chains or private clinics.
The campus is well maintained, and the Wi-Fi works in all academic blocks. Classrooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with smart boards. The library is spacious and well organized, featuring business studies books and online resources. Sports facilities, including basketball, volleyball, cricket, and football grounds, make college life active.
The curriculum is updated regularly with new subjects related to business and entrepreneurship. Training sessions and presentations help build confidence for the corporate world. Semester exams are moderate, and about 85 to 90% of students pass if they prepare regularly.
Placements for BBA students are average here. About 50 to 60% of students get jobs each year through campus drives. The highest package for BBA recently was around ₹5 to 6 LPA, while the lowest was nearly ₹2 to 2.5 LPA. The average package is close to ₹3.5 to 4 LPA.
The infrastructure is well-kept and comfortable for management studies. The canteen food is decent, and the mess meals are acceptable. A central library is available for all departments, offering a good collection of management books and digital resources.
The faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable. Most teachers assist students with presentations, case studies, and real business examples. A few professors are strict, but overall, the teaching approach is beneficial for career growth.
The MBA placements here are strong. Our seniors received great job offers. The highest package offered recently was around ₹12 to 14 LPA, while the lowest was around ₹4 LPA, depending on performance and specialization. Top recruiting companies included ICICI Bank, Deloitte India (support roles), Tech Mahindra, and several fast-growing startups.
Hostel facilities are adequate, and Wi-Fi is available in both the campus and hostel areas. The mess food is decent and hygienic, though it can be repetitive at times. Sports and other common facilities are present to keep the environment lively.
Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of their teaching is good, and they support students during practicals and clinical training. The course curriculum gets updated regularly to stay in line with healthcare trends and guidelines.
Placements for B.Sc MLT are very limited here. Only a few local diagnostic centers and small hospitals come for recruitment. Top healthcare companies rarely look for MLT roles. Most students either search for jobs off-campus or choose to continue their studies, like pursuing an M.Sc in MLT or Hospital Management.
Healthcare programs are well-supported with good facilities from the SGT University. The hospital on the campus provides us practical exposure and training. But there is still a need for regular cleaning and equipment upgrades in some places. Most of the time Wi-Fi is good.
Faculty members are approachable and knowledgeable, and they have direct experience in the healthcare sector. They communicate with us in a manner, which is quite lively, and they are always ready to give us extra support, especially, when we ask for help in practical-oriented subjects like medical records and hospital operations.
The most significant offer has been around ₹5–6 LPA, the lowest is approximately ₹2.5 LPA, and the average package is still about ₹3.5 LPA. The major visitors are mostly are companies in hospital administration, diagnostic centers, and healthcare service providers like Max Healthcare and Park Hospitals.
The campus environment is very peaceful and perfect for medical studies. The library also has all the necessary reference books for radiology and medicine along with a quiet atmosphere for reading. The Wi-Fi service is available throughout the campus 24/7. The classrooms equipped with projectors make the teaching more interactive.
Professors facilitate the practical portions in a clear manner and also provide support to students when they are going through the clinical exposure. Exams are not very challenging and if we are well prepared, it is easy to get good marks.
Approximately 60 to 70% of the students from our batch have been placed. The maximum salary package offered was around ₹3.5–4 LPA, which varied according to the hospital and student's skills. Most of the jobs are in diagnostic centres, general hospitals, and imaging labs with the roles of Radiology Technician and X-ray Assistant.
Wi-Fi is available on the college campus; however, the connection is not stable everywhere. Classrooms are good but still require some enhancements, like cleanliness and new furniture. The library is fine but sometimes does not have the latest management books. Hostel facilities are the biggest issue — the mess food is not good and needs proper quality control.
The support from the faculty members is also just average. Some teachers make an effort to teach you well, but a majority of the faculty members are newly appointed and lack practical industry experience. It is quite tough to grasp complex business topics when you do not have real case examples.
Students having good communication skills are able to grab the openings, but as a whole, the placement percentage for BBA is quite low. Most of the better placements are seen in technical courses rather than management.
The hostels have good facilities and upkeep with attention to issues like hygiene, food variety, and menu changes. As the university has its own hospital on campus, the medical services are very convenient and accessible. Besides sports, gym, and recreational facilities are well-equipped and suitable for students to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The teaching staff at the university is quite experienced and also ever ready to lend a helping hand. They use various methods like case studies, presentations, and demonstrations of actual corporate examples to make the concepts more clear and understandable to the students.
The placement office is quite energetic and vibrant here for the MBA students. Many students are able to land well-paid jobs at prestigious companies belonging to sectors like banking, consulting, FMCG, and IT services.
The labs are average — there are some machines which are quite old and have rust on them, but at present, there is a fresh injection of money in the college for new instruments. A medical hospital is situated at a distance of about 1 km, and the college campus is getting bigger slowly.
The curriculum itself is quite useful and has interesting topics for the future. Semester exams are not very tough, but at times the questions are from topics outside the syllabus, which leads to disappointment. The passing rate in many subjects is near 35%, hence students have to work hard consistently.
Placements at the ECE department have been quite poor. Only a little over 25% of the students in our batch have got placements. The maximum package given is around ₹6 LPA, whereas the average is close to ₹2 LPA, and the minimum is roughly ₹1.5 LPA.
The library is one of the biggest strengths of the campus, offering thousands of management books, journals, and access to e-resources for research. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus ensures smooth digital connectivity, and the university also provides well-maintained hostels, cafeterias, gym, medical facilities, and sports complexes.
The MBA curriculum is regularly updated to include trending subjects like digital marketing, data analytics, and financial modeling, ensuring students stay aligned with industry demands. Teaching involves case studies, presentations, simulations, and live projects, helping students develop analytical and managerial skills.
Students get opportunities for both internships and final placements with packages ranging between ₹5 LPA to ₹8 LPA for top performers, while the average package stays around ₹4 to ₹5 LPA, which is quite good for a private university.
