Department of Law of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam courses are offered at three different levels of education. Department of Law SPMVV Tirupati Courses include LLB and BBA LLB at the undergraduate level, and the total duration is of 3-5 years. The Department of Law SPMVV Tirupati postgraduate courses include the LLM course, which is offered for 2 years.
Courses of the Department of Law SPMVV are available at UG, PG and doctoral levels. Department of Law SPMVV courses are BA LLB, LLM, LLB and PhD. The college provides various specialisation in two branches for its LLM programme that is Labour, Capital and Law, and Business Law. For its Ph.D. programme, the Department of Law Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam offers research opportunities in a wide range of areas including constitutional aspects, international relations, labour laws, intellectual property rights, environmental law, family law (Criminal Law, administrative law, legal aid and legal literacy, medico-legal jurisprudence, judicial activities, information technology, and e-banking and e-commerce).

Admissions to BA LLB and LLB require an AP LAWCET score. LLM applicants must qualify AP PGLCET. PhD candidates need a valid NET/UGC-CSIR-NET/GATE/CEED score plus an entrance interview.
For BA LLB, candidates must pass 10+2 with at least 45% aggregate and secure a valid AP LAWCET score. For the three-year LLB, applicants need a bachelor’s degree and a valid AP LAWCET rank.
