AIL Mohali Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Army Institute of Law (AIL) Mohali provides admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for AIL Mohali admissions by visiting the official website. Army Institute of Law UG admission will be done based on the students' performance in the entrance examination and counselling process. 

Army Institute of Law admissions to the postgraduate courses will be done based on the student's performance in the qualifying examination. Candidates passing the compartment papers of qualifying exam of 10 + 2 subsequently shall not be eligible for admission at Army Institute of Law, even if a seat is available

The Army Institute of Law admissions are based on candidates' performance in the AIL LET entrance examination. The AIL LET 2026 examination will be conducted on July 5, 2026. Some of the important dates are mentioned below:

At the undergraduate level, the Army Institute of Law offers only B.A LLB course. The duration of the UG course is 5 years. Students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the course.

Army Institute of Law Admission Process 2026 for BALLB Course

• Students have to apply online by filling the Army Institute of Law application form.
• Eligible students have to appear and qualify the AIL LET entrance test conducted by AIL under the aegis of AWES.
• Students will be selected based on merit in the entrance examination.
• Further, selected students have to register for the Army Institute of Law counselling process.
• Students have to submit the documents and pay the fees to confirm the AIL Mohali admission.

Only 1 course is offered at the postgraduate level that is LLM. The duration of the course is 1 year and Rs. 1.45 Lakhs is the fee of the course offered by AIL Mohali.

• Students have to meet the eligibility to apply for the course.
• Eligible candidates need to fill the AIL Mohali admission application form.
• Students will be selected based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination.
• Army Institute of Law counselling process should be attended by the shortlisted merit students.
• Army Institute of Law seats are allotted based on the reservation policy applicable for each category. 
• Final Army Institute of Law admission will be offered after the verification of documents and payment of AIL Mohali fees.
