Krishna College of Education Bijnor is a great college for teacher education which is affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), India Krishna College of Education Bijnor. This college provides courses appropriate for the prospective educationists. Two types of programmes are primarily conducted in B.Ed.: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The B.Ed programme in K.C.E. is full-time for two years, and the sanctioned intake capacity of B.Ed. is 100 students. Krishna College of Education admission to B.Ed programmes was based on merit derived from marks in the qualifying examination and entrance examination(s). Selection of the candidates was also based on the guidelines set out by the State Government and the Affiliate University. A candidate is only eligible for a B.Ed. If he/she has cleared his/her graduate/post-graduation from a recognised university.
D.EI.ED is also a full-time two-year course run by the institute. Therefore, merit-based Krishna College of Education admissions will also be considered with a qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process thereby follows the policies set by the state government or UT administration. Generally, completion of 10+2 from an approved board suffices for eligibility.
