Admission into the B.Ed. programme is open on the basis of merit that is, the marks secured in qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process will follow the policy of the state government and the affiliated university. This programme has a two-year duration.

Madhyamgram B.Ed. College D.El.Ed Admission Process

D.EI.Ed. Diploma in Elementary Education: The D.EI.Ed programme has an intake of 100 seats. Admission to this programme is also on a merit basis considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection process follows the policy of the state government. For aspiring elementary teachers, this is the course.

Madhyamgram B.Ed. College M.Ed Admission Process

M.Ed. Master of Education: The M.Ed. programme has an authorised intake of 50 students. Similar to the B.Ed. programme, merit is the basis for admission into M.Ed. depending on the qualifying examination or entrance exam score of the candidate. The selection process is carried out according to the state government guideline and that of the associated university. It is a two-year programme for those interested in acquiring advanced knowledge in education.
