Mantram Teacher's Training College, Udaipur, is one of the premier teacher training colleges in Rajasthan. Two of the college's flagship programs are Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Admission is designed in a way to hire effective candidates with the goal of becoming education professionals at various levels in the education system.
The college follows a competitive intake policy in terms of the standards of state governments. Admissions are usually made after the Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) for the B.Ed program. In this manner, highly competent candidates are admitted into the course. Merit-based admissions are also followed in the D.El.Ed course.
Mantram Teacher's Training College has an overall student enrollment of 387, of which 200 seats are for B.Ed and 50 seats in the D.El.Ed course. The college is co-educational in nature and provides equal opportunities to both male and female students for both courses.
Application Process

Degree wise Admission Process

Mantram Teacher's Training College has 200 seats for B.Ed. course. Admission to the course is on merit basis considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Marks obtained in PTET hold a significant value in admission. Admission is regulated according to state government policies and the affiliating university.
D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
The D.El.Ed course has a sanctioned strength of 50 seats. The admission process for this diploma course is also merit-based, taking into account the marks obtained in the entrance test and/or the qualifying examination as per state government policy. The admission process is designed to choose students who have the potential to become good primary school teachers.
