Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): Gramotthan Vidyapeeth College of Education has approved intake under B.Ed course 180 seats in total. Admission in this course totally relies on merit which is based on the applicant's marks in qualifying examination, and/or entrance tests. State government and UT administration and the affiliated university set the processes and procedures for selection under this process.

M.Ed (Master of Education): The intake for M.Ed is 50 students. The admission into M.Ed is purely merit based as it considers qualifying examination entrance tests scores or any means of selection in accordance to ministry stipulations of the state or university or UT administration.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): Admission for D.El.Ed, which is annually offered 50 intakes, is merit-based. Admission would take into consideration the marks obtained in the qualifying examination or through any entrance examination accepted by the state government or UT administration.

Ph.D. Education: Gramotthan Vidyapeeth College of Education has seats for 42 Ph.D. Program in Education. The procedure for admission of this program is not yet specified, yet it will be expected to be rigorous through entrance tests and interviews because of the tradition of most doctoral programs.
