NIFT Bangalore is a better option.
As it has a better teaching faculty as the campus is old, also you will have a lot more exposure at Bangalore as it has lots of brands and factories nearby.
Placements for NIFT Bangalore are also great and the pay package/ salary offered is also quite higher.

Yes, you can get admission in NIFT chennai. You have scored quite decent rank. Your car won't be sufficient to land up in NIFT chennai but you can surely get seat through your category rank. There are some seats reserved for the reservation category in every NIFT centre.

After the declaration of NIFT result, all the participating Institutes will release their separate cutoff list. The cut off of NIFT 2019 will be released institute as well as section wise.

NIFT offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of fashion and design. The tuition fees for bdes program is given below
The tuition fees for all B.Des programs is INR 135,600 (1st year), INR 149,000 (2nd year), INR 164,000 (3rs year) and INR 180,400 (4th year).
The hostel fee and the mess fee varies from college to college i.e. different nifts have different hostel fee amd mess fee

You can try in second round counselling, it is difficult to get FD,but there,are chances to get other courses in any of the NIFT campus.

Hey, I myslef have visited fashion designing workshop, they told me, nift entrance is not that of much importance.
Keeping your nift score asode, you can still study in Best colleges
Mod'art
SNDT
INIFD & many more colleges
You can go for these colleges, theh are very good
Some of the colleges have their own entrance exam, you shall give them & some don't , it's based on your marks of 10th & 12th

The college infrastructure is great. The library is really good and has air conditioning. the college doesnt have sports centre or hostel. the canteen served food is fine. but there is not much cleanliness in the canteen. overall the college is fine except some issues.
