NIFT Delhi All Questions

The counseling for admission in round 1 from online registration from may 27 to June 3.

The registration procedure for second round of NIFT counselling will be from July. 

So this is the process. 

A candidate who is allotted a seat  will be required to pay the notified fee immediately at the counseling campus.

First Of all Congratulation To her,For Getting such a Good Rank,NIFT Mumbai Cuttoff For B.DES-Fashion design is Generally High.110 to 200 Rank For General and OBC,and 200 to 700 Rank for SC/ST Category.

There is almost Better Chances For her to Get a Seat in Fashion Design department In NIFT,Mumbai With this Rank,and Yeah This possible only if Her Common Merit rank Is Under 700.In NIFT CMR,is Considered For Admission Not Category Rank.But,yeah It will work For you Many times.As a SC category Student She might be able to Convert NIFT,Mumbai with this Rank.

Hello Priyanka, No, I don't think you can get admission in NIFT Delhi in any of the B.des courses except Leather design course which had a closing rank of 6112 in 2018. So the chances are very low in leather design course too but I suggest you apply because the cutoff might fall and maybe you can be able to get a seat at the last moment.

Hi Prasan. According to the last years cut-off your daughter has high chances of getting into NIFT. This is just a prediction based on last years cut-off. Go through the link below to check the category and streamwise cut-off of last year.

NIFT admission is done one the basis of rank. It is done on the basis of common rank list and category rank list. If you are from reserved list then you cant apply from the general list you will be given admission on the basis of your category rank.
