yes, a diploma holder in computer engineering can apply for the NIFT entrance exam, but only for specific courses such as Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Fashion Tech, etc. You are not eleigible if ur diploma does not include physics, chemistry and maths or u haven't completed the full 3-year
