It was made a statutory institute in 2006 by an Act of the Indian Parliament with the President of India as ‘Visitor’ and has full fledged campuses all across the country. In 2020 the cut off for admission to Fashion Design in National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore for OBC-NCL category was 1631. Taking the previous year cut off in to consideration you have decent chances of getting seat in Fashion Design in NIFT, Bangalore. National Institute of Fashion Technology does not offer Masters in Business Administration. It offers Master of Design (M.Des), Master of Fashion Management (MFM) and Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech) in Post Graduate level. To check the eligibility criteria for PG courses use the link below

You can get admission to MBA in any other institute offering the course. The minimum Education Qualification requirement to get admission to MBA is Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Depending on the institute in which you wish to seek admission you need to fulfill the minimum percentage requirement, age criteria and any other essential requirement. You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you have less chances of getting admission to MFM in NIFT, New Delhi considering the previous year cut off. In 2020 the cut off was 28 for admission to MFM in NIFT, New Delhi. But the cut off may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Placements:Internships are mainly from garment manufacturing companies in Bangalore, Mysore etc. Students got placements according to their academic performance and professional skills. The garment industry is competitive than any other industry. NIFT students are exposed to industry from the start of their classes.

Infrastructure:We have unlimited Wi-Fi on the campus. The hostel is only for girls. We have Mac labs and labs for pattern making and garment construction. The library is available 6 days a week. The online library is there and so on.
