Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time programme in Law offered by Shivaji University, Kolhapur with the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI).
A Student seeking admission for this law course should have obtained at least 45 % of marks at the graduate or postgraduate examination. A relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination is provided in favour of students belonging to SC/ST category. Admission to the first year of 3-year law course is only through CET process administered by Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra.
A person who is a graduate of a statutory University or possesses such academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to a graduate degree of a University by the Bar Council of India.
