Indian Law Society Law College, Pune has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Students are also provided training programmes on personality development and communication skills and help them prepare better for the recruitment process. The institute also makes sure that they can help most of the students getting placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. Indian Law Society Law College, Pune also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written test. Detailed description on the whole procedure of placement followed by the Training & Placement cell are mentioned below.
Invitation- The T&P cell of Indian Law Society Law College, Pune coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.
Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with Indian Law Society Law College, Pune to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including written test, group discussion and interview.
Pre-Placement Talk- Students of Indian Law Society Law College, Pune are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware about the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
Written Test- Students of the institute also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
Group Discussion- Students of Indian Law Society Law College, Pune who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students.
Interview- After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interview namely Technical Interview and HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.

Both the colleges are equally good in terms of placement. Average package in ILS Pune is the range Rs.4-6 LPA and in GLC, Mumbai is Rs.4-6 LPA.

Well, the previouis aswers are outdated bcause you are rank 4 in oms candidates. In ILS, i think there are 15-17 seats for OMS candidates. So, no worries. Hope this helped.
ILS Pune is a decent college & it has good placemnet also. The Placement cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.

ILS Pune & GLC Mumbai both Colleges take the admission through MHCET law exam score only. Both Colleges are good but GLC Mumbai is best option to pursue law.
