NSB Academy is a self-aided institute affiliated with Bangalore University, Karnataka. The institute is approved by All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited with an ‘A’ grade by NAAC. NSB Academy offers one postgraduate programme in the filed of management i.e. Master of Business Administration (MBA) with MIP certification. NSB Academy Bangalore offers admissions based on CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT/ KMAT test scores followed by a telephonic interview/ personal interview. The institute recently completed its placement drive in which more than 200 companies visited the campus and the highest international & domestic salary offered were Rs.43.50 LPA and Rs.18,60 LPA respectively. NSB Academy offers various scholarships students based on their performance in the entrance exam.

NSB Academy Bangalore Courses & Fees

The NSB Academy offers only one Postgraduate course in the field of management. The duration of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme is two year. The specialty of the NSB Academy MBA programme is that, along with masters degree students get a MasterTrail™ Certificate in Industry Practice certification. The MBA+MIP programme at NSB Academy offers specializations in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Analytics and Logistics & Supply Chain Management domains. The total intake capacity for the MBA+MIP programme is 300 seats. NSB Academy course fees is Rs 8.30 lakhs for two years.

NSB Academy Bangalore Admissions

NSB Academy offers admission to one PG programme i.e. MBA+MIP. To enroll in this programme candidates must first meet the NSB Academy eligibility criteria i.e. they must have a Degree from a recognized university along with a valid score in one of the following exams - CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ CMAT/ KMAT. NSB Academy admission process involves shortlisting candidates on the basis of online application, online test/ group discussion and telephonic interview/ personal interview.

NSB Academy Bangalore Scholarships

NSB Academy also offers various scholarships for eligible students. To avail the NSB Academy scholarships candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the institute. The scholarships are offered to students on the basis of their performance in the national level entrance exams like MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT. The eligibility criteria of each scholarship offered by the institute are as follows. 

• Students obtaining more than 95 percentile in CAT/GMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT/KMAT exams are offered a scholarship of Rs. 75,000.

•  Students obtaining more than 90 percentile in CAT/GMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT/KMAT exams are offered a scholarship of Rs. 25,000.

NOTE: Apart from NSB Academy scholarships students can available graduate assistanships also.

NSB Academy Cut off

NSB Academy does not officially release the cutoff. However, candidates are only offered admission if they meet minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute. NSB Academy cut off is the minimum marks which students need to obtain in the entrance exams to get admission in the college.

NSB Academy Bangalore Placement

The NSB Academy has a placement cell known as Corporate Relation Cell (CSR). Right from the first semester the b school starts preparing students for placements. Placement activities are conducted throughout the course, every semester different pre-placement programmes and events like seminar, workshops, guest lecture, mock interview etc. are conducted by CRC. The purpose of this well structured placement process is to install confidence in students and prepare them for the placements. Other than the placement process, CRC also conducts internship fairs for the students. According to the NSB Academy placement report 2022, 99.6% of the students were placed and the highest domestic package is Rs. 18.60 LPA and the highest international package is Rs. 43.50 LPA.

NSB Academy Facilities and Infrastructure

The NSB Academy, Bengaluru offers plenty of facilities to students. The institute contains seminar halls with seating capacity of 150 people, library with 5157 books and 24 journals, group discussion rooms, a conventional hall and cafeteria. The entire campus of NSB Academy is wifi enabled. To practice modern-day teaching practices, NSB Academy classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors and other modern day technology. The college also has an outdoor amphitheatre with a seating capacity of 800 people. Various extracurricular activities and events are conducted in the amphitheatre only. 

Furthermore, NSB Academy has an outdoor swimming pool, visitors lounge room, a huge dining hall, gym with modern equipment, TV hall, reading area and medical facilities for students. Apart from these facilities, NSB Academy has a huge playground for sports like cricket, volleyball, football, throwball etc. 

The college also has accommodation provision for outstation students. It has separate girls and boys hostels. The hostel rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities.
