School of Management Sciences was established in 2008 and is affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. School of Management Sciences Lucknow is commonly known as SMS Lucknow. The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of ‘B++’. School of Management Sciences Lucknow is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also an ISO 9001:2015 certified institute. SMS Lucknow has two Centers of Excellence – Sir C.V. Raman Center for Research & Innovation, and Vedic Science Center. B.Tech and M.B.A. of SMS Lucknow are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). A library, auditorium, separate hostels for boys and girls, and cafeteria are some of the facilities available for students at the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow. The college provides hostel accommodation facilities for boys and girls. SMS Lucknow has separate hostels for boys and girls. A modern gym is available for students at the School of Management Sciences. SMS Lucknow library has a huge collection of books, reference books, journals etc. Reading room facilities are also available for SMS Lucknow students. There are two cafeterias one for staff and another for students to meet their food requirements. The college offers courses at diploma, UG and PG levels. SMS Lucknow offers B.Tech in the following specialisations- computer science and engineering, artificial intelligence and data science, civil engineering, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. Candidates have to sit for JEE Main followed by UPCET counselling for School of Management Sciences Lucknow B.Tech admissions. Admission to B.Com, B.B.A., B.C.A., and B.Com Hons is offered based on the written entrance examination conducted by the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow followed by a personal interview. To get admission in M.B.A., students are required to appear for UPCET MBA followed by counselling and seat allotment process.
