If you want to pursue Korean Language from JNU at Bachelors or Masters level then you must appear in CUET otherwise there is no admission tract through which you can make it to JNU. Since you did not apply this year, you can try next year as well but if you cannot afford to take out another year just for this, then try out short term courses for Korean from other institutes.
