Since you did not apply this year, you can try next year as well but if you cannot afford to take out another year just for this, then try out short term courses for Korean from other institutes. There you can learn Korean on a certificate level then you can get tested for your proficiency by giving TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean). Hope you can make a good decision for yourself.

Hello,
Fine arts will be considered as top four subjects in universities like DU, JNU,BHU etc.
Some colleges withhold 2.5% from the percentage obtained using the fine art marks if it is an additional course.
Note that it also depends on the college and the course.
I thus advise you to browse the websites of several universities in order to get information.
Thank You
The Infrastructure is average , not good but not bad. But the faculty is very bad so please my recommendation is that you don't take admission in Jaipur national university. Because this is a very bad university.
Classroom are spacious well ventilated equipped with smart board and projectors. Laboratories are modern well equipped labs with up to date instruments and software for practical learning and library with a wide range of books .

The library is well-stocks with a wide range of academic books. And the campus has sports, facilities, canteen, clean restroom and medical support.
