Hi,
Assuming that you are of general category and have a residence of Karnataka, Your General Predicted rank range is 25001 - 30000. This is based on last year's cut off, it may varies due to many reasons such as students response to colleges, number of candidates appeared, question difficulty level etc.

Karnataka Examination authority (KEA) hasn't announced the cut off or when it will be released yet. It will be released in opening rank and closing rank.
KEA releases cut off after the end of each counselling round.
KCET cut off are different for different colleges as there are number of colleges. It also has different cut off for different course and counselling. It depends on your rank which college you will secure.

Hello Aspirant, To get rank under 10000 in kcet you should score  at least 70-80 marks in the examination .As your expected marks in 12th will  be 90+ then , your rank will be given on the basis of inter marks and kcet marks .

The total number of seats available for each course at the institution. The difficulty level of the question paper. At least, you need to get 70% to get the rank below 10000 . According to the review from the KCET , it is observed that the cutoff for the general category is supposed to be 50% of the total marks.

Good luck !
