Aligarh College of Education, Aligarh, is a reputable institution in Uttar Pradesh, India. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed: The B.Ed programme at Aligarh College of Education has an approved annual intake of 100 seats. BA: The BA program is one of the largest programs offered by the college, with an approved intake of 400 seats. Admission is typically granted on the merit of the qualifying examination (10 plus 2).
B.Sc: The college offers various B.Sc programs - B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and B.Sc in Biotechnology. The B.Sc in Biotechnology program has an intake capacity of 60 seats. Admissions are made on the basis of merit, taking into consideration the 10+2 results of the relevant science subjects.
BCA and BBA: Although the seats are not formally notified, these professional courses are being provided at the college. Admission, most likely, will be on the merits of qualifying examinations and perhaps even an entrance test or interview.
D.El.Ed: The Diploma course in Elementary Education has a total of 50 seats. Admissions are on merit - that is on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination as per state government and university policies.
M.Com: The postgraduate commerce program has an outlet of 60 seats. Merit is generally considered on the basis of the bachelor degree results or through a relevant entrance examination.
MA English: The MA English programme is expected to offer admission to 60 seats based on merit as likely determined through graduation results in the relevant subject and perhaps an additional entrance test or interview.
M.Sc Botany: This course offers 30 seats under M.Sc. Botany. Admission is generally based on merit through B.Sc results in the relevant subject.
The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the various fields. The students needs to put their own efforts also a sthe quality of teaching is not so good it is average only.
I have done my BA in the year 2018. The quality of teaching was not so good as the teachers are average over there. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the various fields of education.
The academics are not so good. The teachers are also not good there way of teaching is very worst. But the curriculum is updated and have contains some recent developments but not total. I have done my MA from there.
