The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.
Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including written tests, group discussions and interviews.
Pre-Placement Talk- Students of Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
Written Test- Students of the institute also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
