Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar was established in 1982. It is one of the pioneer Legal Institution in the State of Orissa and is imparting three years LLB programme and Integrated Five years BA LLB (Hons) programme with permanent recognition from the State Government of Orissa and is affiliated to Utkal University.
