66 MonthsBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is 5.5 years full-time course, which include 4.5 years of curriculum plus 1 year of rotating internship. Offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and approved by Medical Council of India (MCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- Two years P.U.C Examination conducted by the P.U.C Board, Karnataka State with English and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
- OR
- Intermediate Examination in the science of an Indian University Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, which shall include a practical test in three subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.
- OR
- The first year of the three year degree course of a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology including a practical test in these subjects provided the examination is a 'University Examination.
- OR
- B.S.C Examination of an Indian University provided that he/she has passed the B.SC. examination with not less than two of the following subjects-Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botony, Zoology) and further that he/she has passed either the qualifying examination with the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
- OR
- Candidates must have obtained not less than 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination. In the case of scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribe candidates, the minimum marks required for admission shall be 40%.
- The candidates should have completed 17 years on or before the 31st day of December of the year of admission.
Admission Details
Admissions in MBBS course will be done through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG).

Academic infrastructure is of top quality and well quipped. Special care is taken in the maintenance of this and all students are allowed to use this for a hands-on experience. Regular visits are organized to the state-of-the-art Skills and Simulation Centre so that students can prepare themselves for the requirements of the profession.
