JSS Medical College Mysore admissions are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. JSSMC Mysore admission to B.Sc, BPT, BOT, and B.Optom programmes is granted on a merit basis. JSSMC Mysore B.Sc admission is determined based on merit.

The college provides an MD in Radiodiagnosis, the eligibility for which is an MBBS degree, and a rotating internship in an institute that is recognized by the MCI. The candidate should also have obtained permanent registration from the state council.
Securing a seat in JSS Medical College, Mysore, with a NEET rank of 133,769, even in the general category, is highly unlikely.
The competition for MBBS seats in top medical colleges is extremely intense. Cutoff ranks for such institutions are significantly lower.
