College Infrastructure
The classes are well equipped with WiFi and other equipments. The infrastructure is very good and it is well maintained. The facilities are well suited for a MBBS student, nursing students as well as paramedical students
Academics
Bsc. Anaesthesia Technology. The curriculum is always updated and the teaching process also includes recent developments in our fields and it is quite impressive how they value each component in the curriculum and this makes us "job ready"
Placements
Considering this as a medical college.. The paramedical placements are very good. There has always been very good responses from the gulf countries as well as European countries. The placement process was very easy and pleasant

The infrastructure of college is the best we could get. The only problem I find is there is lot to walk as the college is very lengthy. The college is nature friendly and now works as the lung of Bangalore city. There is no sort of ragging or harassment by the senior's. The senior's are utmost friendly to the juniors. The teaching program is entirely different from any other colleges that they follow the methods of present that are been adopted by high profile universities like Harvard and Oxford. The teaching faculty are too kind to the students and care them as there own son or daughter. They're up-to-date to the subject and orient us with there lives as example. Ethics that should be followed as a Doctor is given great importance that inspired me a lot. Clinical exposure is Great.

Learning to fly

Batch of Jan. 1, 2019 | MBBS
In the midst of bustling Koramangala lies a few acres of green , interspersed with a few buildings - the hospital I was born in , the college that I study in and the hostel that I now call a second home. Right from the start , the brilliant faculty members guided us through the course. With the state of the art infrastructure , we wanted for nothing.Apart from that , the college provided us a more holistic approach to medicine through extensive workshops on patient communication , problem-based learning , medical ethics and history of medicine classes. Don't make the mistake of thinking that it was all work , the academic year is jam packed with celebrations, tournaments , competitions and fests.College life is truly enjoyable because of the beautiful blend of academics and extra-curricular activities. We are given many opportunities to get accustomed to working in a team , a vital skill for the future . The crowd can only be described as chilled out and interesting , with a varied mix of basketball players , music fanatics , football fans and amateur writers . The hostel and mess facilities are reasonable and have basic amenities. It is more affordable than most other private colleges. The jam-packed schedule could get a little hectic , and sometimes it feels like the institute has pushed you off a cliff, but don't worry the institute has also taught you how to fly.

what is the cut off for government MBBS seat in at Johns medical college Bangalore , Karnataka....obc quota

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 22nd May, 2020

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now if you look at 2019 data, the Govt. Quota seats were filled even before the mop up round for St. John's Medical College. So you will need 550 and above for a seat in SJMC even with  OBC reservation.

To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. To help you during admission and counselling, we have https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion.
