Now since you are opting under 15% All India Quota, it is alot more difficult to obtain a seat. However, it is not impossible. Based on last year's rank list (2017) released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority , you will have to come within the top 500 which corresponds to a score of 580+ this year you can check last year

You haven't mentioned entrance examination If you are asking about NEET UG.Then you need 550+ score in unreserved category for having seat in government medical college for MBBS.And rank under 10k in general category..
