About LBSCE

Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Engineering Kasaragod was established in 1993 under the aegis of LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram. The LBSCE Kasaragod is approved by AICTE. The LBS Centre for Science and Technology offers courses in multiple specialisations at two distinct levels.

LBS Centre for Science and Technology offers courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The courses offered in Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Engineering Kasaragod include B.Tech and M.Tech in the fields of Computer Science and Engineering, Power Systems and Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, VLSI Design Signal Processing, Civil Engineering and more. LBSCE Scholarship

The college offers fee waiver schemes for students approved by AICTE. It is to be noted that fee waiver schemes will be provided up to 10 per cent of its sanctioned intake of students. Typical for every 60 sanctioned intake in a branch/discipline of study, tuition fee waiver shall be given to two women candidates, three economically weaker students and one physically handicapped students’ based on merit.

For economically weaker sections students, the annual family income should be less than Rs. 2.50 lakhs. If there is non-availability of students in the specific category, in that case, students from other categories will be considered for fee waiver schemes according to merit.

After the final allotment, CEE publishes the list of eligible students for fee waiver schemes in an online mode. Students can check the list on the official website- www.cee-kerala.org. Students aspiring for LBS College of Engineering scholarships can also apply for AICTE, UGC, national and state scholarships.
