I am pursuing b.tech from this university because I am interested in engineering. And I want to be an engineer in future. Professors provide us with sufficient knowledge and make us job- ready. Also give us skill inhancemnt programs.

Students don't get placed in this university. A large portion of students choose higher studies like masters and phed. Many students go for government job preparation rather than placement offers because placement is not in this university

Nothing great, decent infrastructure, the open canteen is nice. college infrastructure is well-developed and supports both academic and extracurricular activities effectively. College is divided into old and new campus. It's sports ground is very large and very famous for cricket game. Benches of classroom are broke and old, washroom are very unhygienic. Water coolers don't give purified water.

Academic are very good .Many department are there and all have very excellent and supportive faculties. The science and commerce department are considered best in the campus. Teachers are easily approachable.
Placements
Placement cell is very bad. While the placement cell has become very active recently but still facing difficulty to place students in reputed companies. Students get success by applying for off - campus .

B.Voc is a skill development course rather than just theoretical course, in this course practical is more important than theory.But they even don't cover 60% practical part . Labs are not provided for betterment of skills.

Placement can be taken off campus because no placement is provided in the campus on their own. Students work on their own and get placed by their own skills, efforts and education. University placement cell is not good.

Netaji Subhash Open University is the best Open University of West Bengal and the students who do not get any opportunity to continue regular courses are greatly help by these Open University and can complete their post graduate courses very easily.

As I am a 1st year student of Lloyd I can clear observe that this college has an average Infrastructure but washroom is clear. Classrooms does not have modern structure, it still feels like I'm in school.

There are many faculties who doesn't even have a Phd degree and they are Assistant professor in Lloyd. But still professors holds a vast knowledge of their core subjects and the curriculum is well updated.
Placements
The college provide many internships but still lacks in providing Placement to all the students of the batch. Last year in out college out of 1000 students provide 50-60 students placement. So ya placements are pretty poor here.
My experience overall is really draining.

Infrastructure Is okay can be good , I personally would not recommend the college hostel food is not good and you don't really get privacy, the classrooms are okay can be better, in summers it gets really hard to bare the heat (cause they don't have AC in every room just in management block and bca department but even there the ac's don't work properly) and the classrooms especially of the management department are comparatively smaller .

Academic wise it's good if you really just want to study then you can choose the college, teachers are also very passionate about teaching and they will regularly inform students about new opportunities.

The highest salary package was of 7lpa and in BBA the highest salary package was of 5 lpa. Not many companies come for the placements 3-4 mostly and in BBA only companies in finance sectors give placements.

Decent IT branch with scope for skill growth
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is sufficient for daily academic work but has certain limits. Most departments operate within a single building, which makes movement and space a bit restricted during peak hours. Classrooms are clean and usable. IT labs are available, but some systems need upgrades to handle newer software smoothly. The library is calm and helpful for studying. Campus Wi-Fi exists, but the connection is inconsistent and cannot always be relied upon. Smart boards are also available in almost all of the classes. Food available in the canteen is also good and hygienic

I am studying Information Technology because I am interested in how software systems, networks, and applications work in real life. As a TY student, subjects are more focused on core IT concepts. Some teachers explain topics clearly and help with doubts, while others mainly focus on finishing the syllabus. Placements for the IT branch are average but competitive. Companies visit the campus for software and IT-related roles. The average package is around 3.5 LPA, while higher package has gone to 13 LPA in campus. Students with internships, certifications, and good projects have better chances during placements.

The pharmacy department has basic and decent infrastructure. Labs are available for practical subjects and are used regularly. Classrooms are comfortable, and the central library has pharmacy books for study. Facilities are enough for learning, though some advanced equipment could be better.
